Job Position: Account Manager – Athens

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer matters.

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders.

• Ensure timely and successful delivery, according to customer needs and objectives.

• Develop creative & comprehensive marketing proposals and campaigns.

• Prepare presentations that communicate, in a precise and attractive way, the proposals made.

• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.

• Work closely with other departments within the organization including creative, digital & support services departments, to secure smooth project execution.

• Conduct research among suppliers, make site visits, and find resources to facilitate implementation of the customer projects.

• Monitor allocated budgets & timelines.

• Prepare reports on account status and track KPIs.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications

• Working experience of 5-8 years in relevant position

• Experience, working or educational, on digital marketing landscape is required

• Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills, both in Greek & in English

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Superior organizational and follow-up skills

• Strong work ethic

• Strong team player skills

• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints

• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook

Job Position: Account Executive – Athens

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of creative & comprehensive marketing proposals and campaigns.

• Prepare presentations that capture in a precise and attractive way the proposals made.

• Work closely with the Account team to achieve targeted results.

• Work closely with other departments within the organization including creative, digital & support services departments, to secure smooth project execution.

• Perform administration tasks that will help to keep campaigns well-managed and organized.

• Develop status reports throughout the duration of the project & upon its completion, to keep clients and peers updated.

• Conduct research among suppliers, make site visits, and find resources to help the account team to make decisions.

• Monitor allocated budgets & timelines ensuring that the projects stay within them.

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications

• Working experience of 2-3 years in relevant position

• Experience, working or educational, on digital marketing landscape is a plus

• Excellent oral and written communication & presentation skills, both in Greek & in English

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

• Superior organizational and follow-up skills

• Strong work ethic

• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
